L & C Consulting are recruiting with a successful manufacturer in Telford for a new Operations / Production Team Member to join them on a permanent basis. Working days, Monday – Friday, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Operative who wants to join a rewarding, professional company with opportunities to progress.
Working within a small team and in a clean and tidy environment, you will be reporting into the Production Manager where duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Feeding automated machines and saws
* Working with a variety of materials
* Using a variety of hand and power tools
* Start to finish as well as part process manufacture
* Picking and Packing parts and finished items
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Relevant applicants should have an adaptable, flexible approach and be a dynamic, team player. You will ideally have worked in an production environment previously and be happy ‘getting stuck in’. A stable CV is a must as is the desire to contribute to a busy, hardworking team.
This is a physical role that will require some heavy lifting.
Monday – Friday, Days. Overtime will be required at times.
The central Telford based site is commutable from all parts of Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Newtown, Welshpool etc
