Event Administrator – East Telford – Temporary L & C Consulting are recruiting for a new Event Administrator to work on a project for the next 4 months. You MUST be available at short notice though this vacancy and happy to commit for the duration. You will need to have access to your own transport given the rural location. Based with a small, busy team, your duties will include (but not be limited to): * Handle phone, face to face and email enquiries * General administration duties * Allocating orders * Take payments and handle relevant paperwork * Other ad hoc duties as required To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous administration & customer service based experience. You’ll have excellent communication skills and able to work well in a busy, pressurised environment. You will have a high sense of urgency, be able to prioritise workloads independently, have a high attention to detail, have a mature and a confident approach. You’ll need to be IT literate, especially Ms Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva will also be advantageous. An interest in the Events industry would also be ideal. Normal hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with some additional overtime required on occasion.
