Join our friendly, supportive team at Explorers at Trefonen, starting January 2026.

  • 25 hours per week between 8am & 5.45pm (with additional hours available)
  • £10–£13.20 per hour, depending on qualification & experience

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic practitioner who loves child‑led, play‑based learning and enjoys working in a beautiful rural setting.

You will need:

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
  • EYFS knowledge
  • A nurturing, child‑centred approach
  • A love of outdoor learning
