Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The company are ideally looking for someone available at short notice but are happy to wait for the right person to serve notice in their current role. The role allows for up to 2 days a week to be worked from home and with the other 3 days in their offices.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Provide reactive and proactive customer service
  • Provide admin and collateral support to external staff
  • Support customers / visitors as they come on site
  • Issue correspondence and technical information
  • Process orders
  • Diary Management
  • Update CRM
  • Reporting

To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST have previous, office-based Administration or Customer Service experience, ideally within a regulated industry. You’ll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00. It also comes with a generous holiday and pension as well as opportunities to progress for the right person. The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport and Telford.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
