Initial 12 Month Contract – Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Administrator / Office Co-ordinator to join them on an initial 12-month basis. The company are ideally looking for someone available at short notice but are happy to wait for the right person to serve notice in their current role. This is a full time role in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Updating CRM database
  • Compiling and distributing correspondence
  • Compliance Admin
  • Co-ordinate bookings
  • Provide other, ad hoc administrative support to the department
  • Ensure customers enquiries are dealt with accurately and efficiently

To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST have previous, office-based Administration or Customer Service experience, ideally where you can demonstrate organisational and co-ordinating skills. You’ll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.

Monday – Friday, full time (37.5 hours). The role comes with a salary of £28,000 and comes with a generous holiday and pension as well as opportunities to progress for the right person. The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport and Bridgnorth etc with your own transport.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
