LC computers are looking for a candidate who is interested a career in the IT industry.
We are a small, ambitious and dynamic company with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Working for a small company will give you more opportunities for the progression up the career ladder than if you worked for a large faceless organisation. The role will also have opportunities to assist in the day to day maintenance of the firm’s IT systems and infrastructure, liaising with domestic and business clients.
Who are we looking for?
One of the requirements would be a basic level of computer skills, but full training will be given.
We require someone who has customer service skills, able to talk to people face to face and on the phone, has the initiative to see opportunities to work on their own. In addition to this, they will be expected to support other members of the team and display a \"can do\" attitude at all times.
They also need to be able to stay calm under pressure and keep their work areas clean and tidy. The successful applicant must have great communication skills, be able to assist quickly and efficiently, acknowledge when escalation is required and be able to work maturely within the team.
There will be an expectation to work under the pressures of tight deadlines, work through repetitive tasks and identify new errors and issues being reported. The ability to diagnose faults and remedy solutions in a precise and organised manner.

Essential Knowledge and Skills required from the successful candidate:
· Administering Windows 10/11
· Basic knowledge of Windows Server and technologies from 2012 to current
· Helpdesk Experience in an office environment
· Administering Microsoft Office 365
· Knowledge of PC Hardware Maintenance/troubleshooting
· Experience of administering Remote Desktop Services
· Basic Networking knowledge
· Excellent time management skill to prioritise workloads
