About the role
- Lead and manage internal Oracle Support Team
- Supplier Management
- Responsible for the timely resolution of defects
- Co-ordination, progression and delivery of approved Change Requests
- Chair Oracle Change Advisory Board
- Budget management
- Main contact for internal stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring controls and governance are in place and followed by the Support Team, wider Council Oracle users, and third party support partner.
- Support the Council in identifying changes that will drive both monetary and non-monetary savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal Oracle Support Team
- Responsible for the integrity of Oracle System
- Responsible for the timely resolution of Oracle System defects
- Lead on identifying System enhancements that will benefit LBWF, providing efficiencies
- Co-ordination, progression and delivery of approved change requests
- Manage Oracle Change Advisory Board
- Report to Oracle Governance Board
- Supplier Contract Management
- Budget Management
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5 years minimum Experience of supporting Oracle Fusion, this includes HCM, ERP, Talent, Learn, Projects, Risk Management and EPM
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Strong experience working across digital products, services, and technology teams to deliver user-focused outcomes.
