Location: West - Covering Pembrokeshire and Aberystwyth
Are you friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused? We're looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while keeping the branch running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Provide first-class service to every customer, in person and over the phone.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers.
- Loading vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely.
- Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well-presented.
- Support with sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads.
- Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods.
- Keep the branch, yard, and warehouse safe, clean, and well organised.
- Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required).
What We're Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to support across different tasks.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential).
- Forklift licence desirable - training is available.

Hours of work: An average of 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
Salary: Dependant on experience
