Responsibilities
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and the wider sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service - by phone, email, and face-to-face when required.
- Prepare, maintain, and follow up on quotations using the Area Contracts Office (ACO) system.
- Maximise sales growth by promoting offers and optimising margins.
- Handle customer disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Manage leads, track opportunities, and process sales orders accurately.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, raising purchase orders, and collating data for reporting.
- Support with stock checks and other operational tasks when required.
