Civils Implant manager

1. Is committed to delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service.
2. Manages the branch implant\’s day-to-day activities including staff, operations, stock, and sales processes.
3. Identifies opportunities with new clients and markets, working towards an improved customer base.
4. Deputizes and supports the Civils commercial manager in identifying where changes and improvements can be made to processes and opportunities.
5. Has excellent communication skills and is a motivated and flexible team worker.
6. Is sales-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Is passionate about Civils and building knowledge and developing their career at a growing company.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm, no weekends.
