Through the Good Delivery internship, you will be immersed in our Physical Services department, supporting the team on developing market solutions and advancing global precious metals standards. Based in the heart of the City of London, you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to the work of the international authority for precious metals.

Some of the topics you will cover as part of the programme include:
- Introduction to Precious Metals Trading and Operations - Overview of the precious metals market, including understanding the mechanics of an OTC market, trade execution, settlement, reconciliation, delivery and vaulting.
- Risk Management and Compliance - Understanding the regulatory environment and risk management practices in the global precious metals market including responsible sourcing requirements.
- Market Research and Data Analysis - Conducting market research and analysis to understand trends, supply and demand dynamics and factors affecting the precious metals market.
Ideal candidates will be working towards or have achieved a Bachelor’s degree and will have:
- An interest in learning more about the precious metals industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A strong work ethic, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to network with the ability to make a positive impression.
- Self-drive and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Previous work experience in an office environment (desirable).
