Our Responsible sourcing internship offers valuable insight into the LBMA standards that it maintains. The LBMA Responsible Sourcing programme covers the ethical sourcing of the metals within the global precious metals industry. As part of this internship, you will spend time familiarising yourself with Responsible Gold and Silver rules, researching findings and analysing data, and supporting the Responsible Sourcing team with any administrative tasks required. Plus, you’ll be based in a vibrant, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and innovation.

Ideal candidates will be working towards or have achieved a Bachelor’s degree and will have:

  • An interest in learning more about the precious metals industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A strong work ethic, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to network with the ability to make a positive impression.
  • Self-drive and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Previous work experience in an office environment (desirable).
