About the role: The role has responsibility for handling both existing clients and generating revenue and developing the profitability of the business whilst ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of Commercial and Consumer Insurance. Ensuring a quality service is provided to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.
Key duties:
- Sales Growth: Proactively manage a commercial and consumer insurance portfolio, including prospecting new leads, identifying client needs, and closing sales to meet monthly KPIs
- Expert Advice: Negotiate and present bespoke insurance solutions (Property, Liability, PI, Cyber, etc.) to clients, ensuring coverage is tailored to their specific risk profile
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice
