The Role

This is a field-based, UK-focused sales role with a strong emphasis on opening new market opportunities and expanding LBG Medical's presence beyond traditional podiatry into:

  • Physiotherapy clinics
  • Chiropractic practices
  • Rehabilitation and musculoskeletal settings

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing healthcare customers across the NHS and private sectors
  • Actively prospecting and opening new accounts within the Physiotherapy and Chiropractic markets
  • Driving the adoption of the Bio range of prefabricated insoles as part of a wider biomechanical and rehabilitation offering
  • Educating clinicians on product application, outcomes, and commercial opportunities
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and professional events (occasional weekend work required)
  • Working remotely with regular regional travel as required

Whom We Are Looking For

  • A recent graduate with experience in a sales or customer-facing role, or an early-career professional
  • Desirable background in biomedical science, sports science, biology, or a clinical background such as Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Podiatry, or rehabilitation/gym-based environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong relationship builder with a desire to build a career in medical or healthcare sales
  • Coachable and curious – open to learning, feedback, and development
  • Resilient and motivated, with the grit to succeed in a consultative sales environment
  • Passionate about helping clinicians improve patient outcomes through effective biomechanical solutions
