We’re hiring a Service Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to our global customer base. This isn’t just a coordination role; it’s a position where engineering knowledge meets customer impact. You’ll be at the centre of our service operation, supporting engineers, solving real-world technical challenges, and helping drive continuous improvement.
You will work with customers across the globe and have the opportunity to influence process improvements, not just follow them.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and video, ensuring customers receive timely and professional responses to enquiries.
- Support service engineers with troubleshooting and technical queries.
- Prepare quotes for repairs, breakdowns, and upgrades.
- Interpret engineering drawings and locate archived documentation.
- Create service kits and spare parts lists.
- Log all customer interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics).
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Prepare RAMS for site work.
- Participate in daily LEAN improvement meetings.
What we're looking for:
- Mechanical engineering background (electrical knowledge beneficial).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong technical administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to use CAD / Solidworks viewers for technical drawings.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with steam systems, pressure vessels, or capital equipment.
- Knowledge of LEAN / continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
