Schools Admissions & Admin Officer
ÂŁ26,785.77 per annum (Scale 3, point 5)
35 hours a week (8am â 4pm, five days a week)
Term Time Only (39 weeks)

We are looking for a Schools Admission & Administrative Officer to start on 1st September 2025, who can bring strong administrative and communicative skills. You will be making a positive difference to the lives, and education of all the children and adults at All Saints Church of England Primary School. We are committed to providing the highest quality education and enrichment for our children and both your financial and people skills will develop these opportunities for excellence and creativity.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible under the direction or instruction of senior staff to provide routine general clerical, administrative or financial support to the school, and will oversee the pupil admission processes, liaise with parents and local authorities, and coordinate school transfer procedures.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Enthusiastic, energetic & committed, with a friendly personality towards adults and children
- Demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent working knowledge of ICT systems, including knowledge of Arbor and financial software and Excel
- Desire to contribute to the Christian ethos of the school
