£24,877.44 - £25,232.76 per annum (Scale 3, Spine Point 5-6)

37.5 hours a week (7:30am to 3:30pm including ½ hour unpaid lunch break)

Term Time only (39 weeks)

Fixed Term - 1-year Contract initially

Oak Lodge School is a secondary school for students with hearing, speech and language and communication needs with a residential provision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the school switchboard and greeting visitors
  • Managing deliveries, post, and school diaries
  • Producing ID badges and supporting transport records
  • Supporting parental communications, school events, and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting safeguarding procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a reception or administrative role (school experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
  • A friendly, professional manner and a flexible approach
