The predicted salary is between 31241 - 31687 £ per year.

41.25 hours per week Term Time Only + 1 week (40 weeks per year)

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Premises Officer to support the premises team in the smooth running of our school site. The postholder will assist with the efficient use and maintenance of the school premises, maintaining adequate security measures and ensure effective maintenance and repairs are carried out to the required standard.
Duties will include:
- Use of maintenance equipment
- Minor site repairs
- General site maintenance
You must be able to work individually and as part of a team. The postholder will also need to be motivated and willing to learn new skills. There is an element of physical and outdoor work, undertaken in all weathers. This forms an essential part of this role which any successful candidate must be willing to undertake.
