Linden Lodge School is a leading provider of education for children and young people aged 2 – 19 years with profound and multiple learning difficulties and sensory impairment, including deaf-blindness, physical disability, and complex medical needs.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a therapist to join a supportive, highly motivated team and take on the role of managing our physiotherapy service
Our ideal candidate will have clinical experience in working with students with a range of communication, sensory and dysphagia needs as well as significant, proven leadership and management experience.
You will be leading a team of Physiotherapists whilst supporting continuous improvements within our provision. You need to be an excellent communicator, able inspire and motivate staff and build strong working relationships with both students and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Within this role you will be supported by the Head of Therapies as your manager and work with the school leadership team.
You'll be working with a team of supportive colleagues committed to providing high quality therapy. We will support your development through a commitment to CPD and a protected training budget. The pay and conditions offered reflect NHS Agenda for Change & you can continue with your, or start an, NHS Pension fund within this post.
To promote flexibility and a good work/life balance, we have scope to accommodate both a 52 and a 42 week per year contract around the school term and the opportunity to discuss working hours.
