We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will have had experience of providing technical support to a range of users with a range of different equipment. This will include general trouble-shooting as well as resolving both simple and more complex queries from staff and pupils alike who work in many different buildings within our large campus. The role may also include providing remote/in-person support to both our Trust Primary Schools when necessary. The successful applicant must have extensive knowledge of Windows packages, including Microsoft Office, and will be an excellent communicator. Experience of working in an educational setting, whilst not essential, would be desirable.
