LB Richmond Upon Thames & LB Wandsworth is recruiting an Employment Specialist to join the Trailblazer Life Reworked programme across the boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth. You will manage a caseload, provide person-centred support aligned with participants' life goals and career aspirations, and liaise with referral partners to promote employment opportunities.
This community-based role requires travel between boroughs; you will record casenotes in our CRM, work towards contractual targets.
