Are you an experienced Team Manager who is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for Care Experienced young people? Future First, the Leaving Care Service for Wandsworth Children’s Social Care supports over 440 young people aged 16-25 who are in the care of Wandsworth Borough Council. As part of a dedicated, vibrant and enthusiastic team of 36 professionals, your role will be to provide leadership and management to your team inspiring them to help young people build stable and successful independent lives.

About the role

As a Team Manager in this demanding but incredibly rewarding role, you will manage 5 Personal Advisors and you will also be linked to an area of specialism within the service and ensure that practice with Care Experienced young people is the best it can be. Currently, the areas we have are Parenting Support, Mental Health and UASC specialisms across the teams. Your focus will be ensuring that the support provided by your Team meets all the Statutory obligations.
