LB RICHMOND UPON THAMES & LB WANDSWORTH is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Locality Teams in Wandsworth. You will support residents aged 18+ with physical disabilities and mental health needs, delivering personalised care that promotes independence and well-being.

The successful candidate will undertake assessments, manage risk, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

We offer 36 hours a week, a salary of £38,976 - £52,767, and benefits including 40 days annual leave and flexible working.
