Other essential information: £2,000 salary increase on successful completion of your probation / ASYE period. £3,000 retention bonus (every 2 years of service).
Objective of the role

You will work within a collaborative social work team, supporting adults to maximise independence, wellbeing and choice, while gaining valuable experience across a range of adult social care functions. Throughout your ASYE year, you will receive structured support, reflective supervision, and access to high-quality training to help you progress into a confident and capable social worker.
About the role
- Undertaking Care Act assessments to identify needs, strengths and risks
- Developing and reviewing support plans that are person-centred and outcome-focused
- Applying the Mental Capacity Act, including capacity assessments and best interest decision-making
- Supporting and responding to safeguarding
