Essential Information
Shift time is 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday. This shift may change according to business need with notice.
About the Role
You will be supporting the FM Hard Services function in the delivery of compliant building services to all Wandsworth and Richmond Council Better Service Partnership properties. The role requires a mobile-first response to non-technical Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Drive around to different core sites to provide support in opening and closing these sites
- Assist with wedding ceremonies ensuring a positive experience for the wedding party
- Provide support in council meetings, ensuring that microphones and AV systems are set up prior to the meeting
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude towards work and work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Premises Manager, Premises Officer, Workplace Technician or a similar role
- Experience delivering FM Building Services
- Ability to work with integrated FM contractors and supply chain partners
- Ability to identify pragmatic solutions to operational problems
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines
