LB Design Recruitment are working with a well-established, multidisciplinary design practice specialising in architecture, landscape design, masterplanning, client services and interior design. The practice has particular expertise in delivering large-scale, £10m+ projects across a range of sectors.
They are now looking to appoint a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their creative and passionate team based in Southampton.
The successful candidate will work across all RIBA stages, developing high-quality technical and functional design solutions. The role will involve producing detailed technical drawings and specifications, with a strong focus on project delivery.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the UK
- Experience working on large-scale UK projects across multiple sectors
- Strong design and technical ability, with proven proficiency in Revit
- Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Must be UK-based with the legal right to live and work in the UK
Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Following a successful probationary period, the role offers hybrid working, with only 50% of the working week required in the studio.
