LB Design Recruitment have an exciting opportunity with a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that work on a variety of Education, Commercial, Industrial, MOD, Residential, Ecclesiastical and Sport & Leisure projects. They are looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist / Technician to join their team in Guildford.
You will need to have a minimum qualification of a HNC in architectural technology and ideally have a at least six months architectural work experience. The role will include supporting the CAD/ Architectural team who work on an extensive range of construction projects that involves a wide range of drawing/design work. This includes basic feasibility sketches to full working drawings and 3D visuals. Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp is essential, experience of Vectorworks and Revit would be beneficial.
Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm with the option of some home working after an initial induction period has been completed. However, this is predominantly an office based role and therefore you will need to be a local to the office in Guildford. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or junior technician who is looking to widen their project experience and further develop their technical skills.
