Responsibilities
- Operate one or more CNC machines in the Cell.
- Complete daily machine health checklists.
- Manage traveler bookings and documents in the Cell.
- Stamp own work.
- Report non-conformances (NCRs).
- Assist with other duties at the discretion of the Production Team Leader.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
- Participate in training when required.
- Minimise scrap components.
- Mentor and support new staff or apprentices in the Machine Shop.
- Collaborate with the Production Team Leader and Production Manager to establish key delivery dates and requirements.
- Communicate workshop issues to the CNC Setter/Charge Hand and Production Team Leader.
