The Sales Operations Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to the Sales level position designed to strengthen Sales Operations through accurate reporting, CRM administration, commercial data analysis, and structured coordination across internal teams. The role will contribute to improving sales visibility, forecast accuracy, and commercial governance across LB Bentley's product portfolio, including Valves and Filters' technical, commercial, and governance processes and is intended as a development role for individuals seeking a future career in sales operations, commercial management, or business development. The role is internally focused and does not carry direct customer ownership or individual sales targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Sales
  • Maintain and administer LB Bentley's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Assist with the sales forecasting process by consolidating, validating, and analysing inputs from the sales organisation.
