The purpose of our asset management business is to help our clients invest for the future – whether it’s for retirement, to grow and preserve inter-generational wealth, or to benefit the organizations that make our world smarter, healthier and more sustainable. The role aims to support the Netherlands in cultivating key institutional partnerships. This position will assist with all operational, sales, and marketing activities related to sales opportunities.
We’ll trust you to:
- Support the Relationship Managers/Sales team to develop their key relationships by proactively and reactively dealing with relationship queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Research and create company profiles for relationships and capturing this information within the CRM system by setting up Organisation Plans.
- Maintain the CRM system and ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, including the tagging of the relevant product interests and solutions.
- Sourcing information requests such as performance and attribution data, quarterly reports, thought leadership pieces, Fund information, strategy data, etc.
- Sourcing prospect opportunities via external databases.
- Responsible for updating internal records including RFPs submitted, pitches undertaken and their outcomes.
- Organizing and coordinating roundtables, roadshows, conferences, and other events, including follow-up on action items.
- Gain an understanding of the investment process and style of the relevant investment.
- Produce materials such as marketing collateral, briefing notes, etc.
- Project management of end-to-end sales processes and key projects across all aspects of the role.
- Keep abreast of trends in the investment and pensions market.
- Keep abreast of the administration and dealing procedures in relation to funds.
- Help build and develop relationships with other internal teams including the RFP, ESG, Marketing and Operations.
You’ll need to have:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Professional fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch is an advantage.
- University degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- The ability to liaise across the Company at all levels.
- Good understanding and interest in the investment management industry.
- Growth mindset and strong commitment to develop and progress.
- Obtained or willing to complete relevant qualifications such as Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
