We have strong partnerships with hedge funds, Tier-1 asset managers, and alternative investment firms, with 70% of our work focusing on non-hedge fund clients through retained or exclusive mandates, and 30% on placing macro talent in hedge funds. This role is critical as we expand our macro coverage. You will work closely with the founder and team to run searches end-to-end and drive business development, taking ownership of your area.

The Opportunity

We are hiring multiple positions at Senior Associate or Associate level within our macro desk, suitable for candidates with experience in:

  • Executive search focused on macro front-office talent (e.g., Portfolio Managers, Traders, Strategists, Economists); or
  • Sales/business development roles with macro buy-side clients, including CIOs and Heads of Trading/Strategy.

The role may focus on:

  • Business development and account management;
  • Candidate delivery and search execution;
  • A combination of both, based on skillset.

We offer a platform with an existing client base, retained mandates, and market credibility, enabling immediate impact.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in executive search or front-office financial recruitment; or Sales/relationship management experience with macro buy-side clients;
  • Proven success in placing macro front-office roles or developing client relationships into revenue;
  • Disciplined, consultative approach with long-term relationship focus;
  • Strong CRM discipline and data-driven workflow management;
  • Metrics-driven mindset and macro market knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism;
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple mandates;
  • Proactive and results-oriented.

Degree preferred but not required.
