We have partnered with a leading global asset manager looking to hire a Senior Credit Analyst to join their high-performing fixed income platform in London. This is a key role within the global credit research team, focused on coverage of the Tech & Media sectors across both Investment Grade and High Yield in Europe and the US.

Embedded directly alongside portfolio managers on the trading floor, this highly visible position offers the opportunity to meaningfully influence investment outcomes across strategies such as High Yield and Buy & Maintain. The team operates in a modern, low-ego, performance-driven environment with enhanced analytical rigor and transparency. The culture is collaborative and high-performing, with analysts having direct impact on investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse IG and HY credits in the Tech & Media sectors across Europe and the US, with a focus on complex, capex-intensive businesses.
  • Deliver detailed bottom-up analysis, financial modelling, relative value work, and trade recommendations.
  • Build forward-looking, fully integrated cashflow models from scratch, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
  • Partner closely with portfolio managers to inform positioning and contribute to ongoing risk discussions.
  • Actively participate in discovery meetings and idea-generation sessions.
  • Operate in a high-transparency environment where ideas are tracked and attribution is clearly measured.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in credit research; both buy-side and sell-side backgrounds will be considered.
  • Strong technical skills, including deep financial modelling expertise and proficiency with capex-heavy sectors.
  • Direct experience covering Tech & Media.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for IG credit analysis is essential.
  • Proven track record of generating trade ideas and performing relative value analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and ability to take initiative.
  • Cultural fit is critical: low-ego, collaborative, and highly motivated.
