This Lot Attendant will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. The role requires greeting the public with honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers by name, respond promptly to correspondence, resolve problems, and develop rapport.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and efficiently to account for all collected parking revenues.
  • Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; help direct traffic.
  • Promote positive customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude, and willingness to help.
  • Accept monthly, debit, and credit card payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the parking location – sweeping, wiping surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, etc.
  • Repair any malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure proper access for customers.
  • Wear correct LAZ Parking uniform, arrive on time, and be ready to work when scheduled.
  • Work independently or with supervision and follow directions of supervisors.
  • Notify loitering individuals to move off property or call non‑emergency police support.
  • Ensure the location is safe and address hazardous conditions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
