Multi Trade Operative in Littleport

Overview

Layn Developments are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team. The ideal candidate would have experience in Roofing. Layn Developments carry out commercial maintenance and projects across the East of England and sometimes further afield. Candidates must be willing to travel around this area.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of trade tasks across different properties or projects
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently
• Assessing jobs and reporting back findings

Key Skills

• Experience as a Multi Trade operative or similar
• A \\\’can do\\\’ attitude to complete various task across multiple trades
• Great communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• A vehicle and fuel card will be provided
• A DBS check may be required
