Located within Laylocks Garden Centre, Worcestershire
We\'re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Serving customers at the till with a smile
- Making and serving quality hot drinks as a barista
- Serving locally made ice cream, inhouse homemade cakes
- Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean, welcoming space
- Restocking and supporting general front-of-house hygiene duties
Who We\'re Looking For:
- Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Physically fit – you\'ll be on your feet most of the day
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous barista or hospitality experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to help with extra shifts when needed
