Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Manager and outlet managers.
- Manage office operations, supplies, correspondence, and reservations.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and internal/external communications.
- Assist with menus, promotions, research, and competitor analysis.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest experience, health & safety, and office presentation.
Requirements:
- Hospitality background with operational experience preferred.
- Strong administration and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with Opera and Delphi systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative.
- Flexible, able to work weekends, holidays, and key events.
