A friendly freight forwarder based in Langley is currently looking for an export co-ordinator with experience to join their team. You will be joining a team where you will be dealing with all the aspects of a busy freight forwarding company. This will include courier, import, and export freight and using all our office-based systems.
The Package
- Salary: £30,000/£33,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday (office hours 9 to 5.30pm - 37 hour week)
- One-hour unpaid lunch break
The Role
- Dealing with customers both in the UK and worldwide
- Completing full import and export customs clearances for air freight and European road freight
- Booking courier shipments
- Handling timely updates and arranging deliveries
- Completing airway bills
- Dealing with airlines
- Using systems such as ASM Sequoia and Box-Top
- Dealing with clients' equipment for international trade shows and congress meetings
