An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Digital Transformation Project Coordinator. This role is to support the business in the implementation and management of company-wide transformational projects.

Experience in Project Coordination is a must with a passion for growth. Salary up to £30,000 with great benefits!

The Role:

Must have an interest in project management, a passion for implementing and improving company-wide processes and a keen eye for identifying and consolidating best practices. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Coordinator is tasked with supporting the Digital Transformation Project Manager’s company-wide transformation projects, including areas such as:

  • Working with key stakeholders across the business on a variety of digital transformation projects at any one time.
  • Identifying business needs and producing project plans to address those requirements.
  • Management of project tasks and actions, identifying activities to be undertaken, actions to be completed, as well as tracking and measuring the completion rate of a project.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to project delivery.
  • Deputising for the Digital Transformation Project Manager in progress meetings with suppliers.
  • Assisting with project tasks including testing, training manual creation and digital product support in general.
