Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape, lead and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive demand and raise awareness of our services, and enhance external communications.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with direct experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector as Marketing Manager, preferably within an accredited organisation, who understand the complexities and opportunities within this highly specialised market.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, deliver and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, industry bodies, partners and external agencies
  • Create and execute demand-generation programmes across multiple sectors
  • Lead our social media strategy, managing content creation, scheduling and targeted advertising
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content — from compelling copy to clear storyboards
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing marketing activity within a Testing, Inspection or Certification environment ideally or at least a business to business industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
  • A confident, articulate and collaborative working style
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for supporting team success

This is a full-time role, with the option of hybrid working (3 days from office/2 days from home), based at our head office in Staines Upon Thames. Brilliant benefits being offered and a fantastic company to work for.
