Our client, a local engineering company, is looking for a motivated Junior Service Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate eager to learn, develop their skills, and take on key responsibilities within a supportive team.

Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm paying up to £27,500. 22 days holiday with a yearly increase. Parking on Site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First Point of Contact: Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage service visits, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Arrange site visits for repairs, maintenance, and other services as required by customers.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of tasks within the service management function, with ample opportunities to learn and develop in the role.
Junior Service Manager qualities:
