For a long time, this international freight forwarder has been an expert in freight forwarding and project logistics for clients all over the world, fully focusing on identifying clientsβ specific needs and tailoring customised solutions to suit and exceed these requirements. Our client prides themselves on delivering the best in terms of both cost and service. They are now looking for a full-time Junior Project Coordinator located in the heart of Sunbury-on-Thames. An idea of what you will be doing as a Junior Project Coordinator:
- Assisting with providing timely and accurate quotations to our overseas branches and external clients for various transportation modes
- Supporting in determining transport solutions for different types of cargo and routes
- Helping to coordinate international transport and logistics projects following company procedure
- Learning to use company tools, such as CRM or TMS to maximise their benefits
- Working collaboratively with branch colleagues on supportive tasks like preparing documents and submitting them through web platforms
