We are recruiting for HGV Drivers (class 1 and 2) for our client based at Heathrow. To drive and deliver high-value freight securely across the UK. You'll handle collections and drop-offs at customer sites, airports, and secure facilities—while following strict safety, security, and compliance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure transport of high-value goods
- Vehicle checks & defect reporting
- Follow all road, airport & customs regulations
- Comply with health & safety, DfT, CAA & GDP guidelines
What You’ll Need:
- Clean HGV licence (max 3 points)
- Solid grasp of tachograph & working time rules
- Strong English & paperwork skills
- 10-year checkable work history
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in freight forwarding
- Knowledge of CVIT, CAA, HMRC & GDP standards
- SIA Licence
Working Pattern:
- 5 days/week (Mon–Fri) + occasional Saturdays
- Overtime required when needed
- Must be able to move freight up to 1000kg
