French speaking Administrator temporary assignment for a busy department in Egham - please note that this is 5 days a week in the office. Parking available - Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday. Immediate start - Paying £14.00 per hour.
Responsible for incoming correspondence from customers (French and English emails). Processing complaints in Europe and UK (letters and websites). Liaise directly with company wide network (France and UK). Weekly reports using Excel spreadsheets to track progress.
The successful individual's responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for incoming correspondence.
- Reconciling payments received from customers.
- Liaising directly with customers and local councils.
- Problem-solving on outstanding payments.
- Providing support and information to our branch network.
- Managing timely invoice data entry.
