Security Systems Installation Engineer

Are you ready to build a rewarding career with a long-established, highly respected fire and security specialist?

Our established partner has over 40 years’ experience as a leading installer and maintainer of electronic fire and security systems, and they are now looking for talented Installation Engineers to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced engineer looking for their next move or a trainee who is keen to learn, develop and grow within a supportive business.

Salary will be dependent on level of experience, knowledge and capability.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of intruder and fire alarm control panels, including Texecom, Menvier, Scantronic, C-Tec, Hayes and Advanced.
  • A full driving licence is essential, and candidates should live within approximately a 15-20 mile radius of Egham, Surrey.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary: Dependent on experience and knowledge.
  • Additional standby payments, call outs and overtime available.
  • Paid holiday starting at 20 days per year, increasing by one additional day for each year served, up to a maximum of 25 days in year five.
  • Eight public/bank holidays each year.
  • Additional days off in lieu if called out on a public/bank holiday or during the Christmas shutdown period.
  • Company uniform, PPE and specialist equipment supplied as required.
  • Mobile phone provided.
  • Contributory company pension.
  • Company van with fuel card.

Additional notes: This position will require participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through standby, call outs and overtime.
