As part of a prestigious team, you will help create exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest as a Drawing Room Manager. You will represent the values with warmth, professionalism and genuine care, while working closely with colleagues to maintain the company's high standards.

- Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures.
- Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
- Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness.
- Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
- Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards.
- Manage, monitor & continually improve service & operational systems to enable seamless guest relations & comply with Hotel guidelines.
- Ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth.
- Conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit.
- Provide effective day-to-day communication with guests, colleagues & teams.
Desirables:
- Hotel School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous luxury/5 star hotel experience.
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine.
