Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service. Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality. Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures. Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience. Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness. Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
