We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with experience in customs or freight forwarding to join our client’s growing team near Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong operational background in imports and exports who is looking to move into a more technical, customer-focused role within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will work closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics companies, providing system support and helping customers streamline their import and export processes using specialist customs software.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and confident learning new technologies quickly.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern between 8:00am and 7:00pm:
- Early shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Mid shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Late shift: 10:30am – 7:00pm
Hybrid working is available following successful completion of the probation period. After probation, you will also join the out-of-hours on-call rota, with additional overtime payments provided.
