Key Responsibilities as a Drawing Room Mananger
- Ensure the smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room.
- Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality.
- Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures.
- Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
- Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness.
- Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
- Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
- Manage, monitor & continually improve service & operational systems to enable seamless guest relations & comply with Hotel guidelines
- Ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
- Conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit
- Provide effective day-to day communication with guests, colleagues & teams
Desirables
- Hotel School diploma or equivalent
- Previous luxury/5 star hotel experience
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine
