Key Responsibilities of a Bid Coordinator/Administrator

  • Review incoming tenders and project documentation.
  • Organise and manage large volumes of tender information.
  • Set up and maintain clear project folders.
  • Manage tender checklists and submission deadlines.
  • Ensure all required documents and information are complete and submitted on time.
  • Support the Commercial Manager and wider commercial team.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts for missing information.
  • Maintain accurate records and document control.
  • Help improve and streamline the tender process.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple deadlines and work at pace.
  • Is confident dealing with large amounts of information.
  • Is proactive and takes ownership of their work.
  • Has strong IT and document management skills.
  • Can work effectively as part of a busy commercial team.

Construction industry experience would be highly desirable, particularly within a tendering, bids or commercial environment.

Experience with Procore and Oracle Aconex would also be a strong advantage.
