Position Summary
As a member of our Front of House (FOH) & Bar team, you will be the face of Layered Reality and play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With a variety of positions and responsibilities, each day will bring fresh challenges and opportunities. You will welcome and assist guests, ensure their comfort, and work the bar with flair and precision. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will leave a lasting impact in our unique, immersive setting, where immersive entertainment meets hospitality.

Scope & Responsibilities
Within the FOH areas, your tasks will include greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, conducting ticket checks, supporting entry procedures and providing assistance during in-show operations. Your role will involve promoting and upselling merchandise and photos related to the immersive experience, enhancing guest engagement and immersion. In the Bar capacity, you will be waiting tables and crafting a variety of drinks and cocktails. Delivering exceptional customer service is a key aspect of your role, as you address guest enquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Your objective in both roles will be to boost sales throughout the venue and enhance the guest experience by skillfully upselling our themed products, thereby immersing guests fully in their experience.
Background Experience
We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to help bring our Layered Reality world to life! We want fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our team. You will be self-motivated with a can-do attitude whilst ensuring all our guests are wowed the moment they step inside our doors and receive the highest quality service throughout their visit. Previous experience working in hospitality, theatre, events, or visitor attractions is preferable, but not essential.
