We are currently recruiting a Duty Manager to join our Layered Reality team at Elvis Evolution (www.elvisevolution.com).

Position Summary

As a Duty Manager at Elvis Evolution you will be the central point of contact during your shift, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all departments and partner teams. You’ll make real‑time decisions, resolve issues and deliver a high‑quality, consistent guest experience.

Scope & Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the venue during live performance shifts.
• Lead communication between FOH, bar, technical crew, stage management and third‑party partners.
• Manage audience movement and crowd flow during high‑traffic moments.
• Uphold health & safety, fire safety and audience care standards.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain the venue’s cleanliness and presentation.
• Proactively assist teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Complete detailed shift reports and handovers.
• Work flexibly around shift end times.
• Support and coordinate special events, previews and themed nights.

Background & Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory, duty manager or team lead role within live entertainment, theatre, venue or hospitality.
• Strong operational awareness and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Experience working in multi‑partner or cross‑departmental environments.
• Confident managing real‑time issues and supporting multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of venue safety procedures and audience management.

Pay: £30,000 – £32,000
